Hi, I'm Elizabeth Abbgy, The Inked Agent, a REALTOR®, Managing Broker, and community leader helping people buy and sell homes throughout Puyallup, Tacoma, the JBLM area, and surrounding Pierce County, Washington communities.

But those titles only tell you part of who I am.

I'm a community volunteer, animal lover, educator, advocate, and someone who believes real estate should feel a whole lot more human.

Because I've learned something after years in this business:

Real estate is rarely just about real estate.

It's the military family receiving PCS orders to Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) and trying to figure out where they'll live before they've even arrived in Washington.

It's the first-time buyer wondering if homeownership is really possible for them.

It's the family realizing they've officially outgrown their house.

It's the seller closing the door on a home filled with years of memories.

It's someone relocating to Puyallup or Tacoma who doesn't know the area, or even what questions they should be asking.

And sometimes, it's simply someone who's ready for their next chapter.

Those are the people I love helping: real people navigating real life.

My approach to real estate is built around education, communication, honesty, and advocacy.

As a Managing Broker and former licensed Real Estate Instructor, I believe you should understand what's happening during your transaction...not simply be told what to sign.

I'll explain your options. I'll answer your questions. I'll tell you when I see something that concerns me. I'll help you understand the pros and cons so you can make informed decisions without being pressured into someone else's version of the "right" choice.

And when things get complicated?

That's when you especially want someone who can stay calm, communicate clearly, and get to work.

Whether you're buying a home in Puyallup, selling a home in Tacoma, relocating to Pierce County, or PCSing to or from JBLM, my job is to advocate for your interests while helping you understand every step along the way.

Community isn't a marketing strategy for me.

It's part of who I am.

I've spent years serving through local nonprofit organizations, REALTOR® leadership, Rotary, arts organizations, housing initiatives, animal-focused efforts, and other community programs throughout the area.

And that experience has shaped the way I run my real estate business.

I show up for my clients the same way I show up for my community—with heart, honesty, advocacy, and a willingness to roll up my sleeves and do the work.

That might mean negotiating fiercely on your behalf.

It might mean explaining a contract one more time because you still have questions.

It might mean connecting you with a local resource.

It might mean helping a family relocating to the area understand that choosing where to live near JBLM involves a lot more than drawing a circle around the base.

And sometimes it simply means listening.

You're a person making a major life decision, and your goals deserve to matter to the person helping you get there.

It's about authenticity.

I believe you can be completely yourself and still be exceptionally serious about the work you do.

You'll find tattoos around here. You'll also find animals, family, community projects, local businesses, education, adventures, humor, probably a little controlled chaos...and a whole lot of real estate knowledge.

I don't believe there's one picture of what a homeowner is "supposed" to look like.

Your family might include kids, dogs, cats, multiple generations, or an impressive combination of all of them or none of them.

You might need a home office, homeschool space, a fenced yard, room for animals, a giant garage, an art studio, space to entertain, or a tiny yard you never have to mow.

Everyone deserves to feel like homeownership is for them.

My job isn't to fit you into someone else's idea of home.

It's to help you find the one that fits your actual life.
